One of our favorite times of the year in South Dakota are those three to five days of the summer which nearly every city in our great state to celebrates. They mark the arrival of summer through a community wide celebration or county fair. As we provide products, services and support to nearly 100 of these celebrations each year, we are always so pleased to see everyone from the youngest youth to our more experienced citizens taking advantage of all the activities these events bring. I know personally I think back to my days as a youngster in Hudson, South Dakota winning the egg toss game across main street to seeing which of my friends could win the most helmets at the carnival games. As we see a new generation enjoying these town and city celebrations, it is a great reminder why we all love South Dakota and do so much to support these worthy and worthwhile causes.

Finally, many of these events have a community potluck for everyone in attendance, as well as ending the festivities with massive fireworks displays. It was about two years ago when we were asked for the “millionth” time "Can I just get all of my items from you?" that we decided to do something to help our nearly 25,000 established customers, including nearly all members of the Fortune 500 list! We didn’t have much of a website and had a small office ten years ago. We often sit in amazement as we head into our second decade of business and notice the many things that have changed. Today, we are a family of companies with multiple office locations, territory managers, factories and partnerships in six countries, and a worldwide customer base that spans more than 100 international locations.

At the same time, many things have not changed. We are still a customer centric organization who will go to the end of the earth (literally) to satisfy our customer needs.
