What an atmosphere for the latest installment of the Sioux County Showdown! Great crowd! Great games! Another great event! 2 points were awarded to Northwestern for wins in both the women's and men's basketball contests, as we head into the home stretch in the race for the 1st Sioux County Showdown Cup awarded in May to the program with the most points earned during the 2018/19 season!
However the big winner was once again the children of the area! Thank you to the players, students and fans in attendance who helped make a difference as together we raised another $850 for Hunger Free Kids of Sioux County! You have helped make year one of the Showdown an awesome experience while helping both institutions raise money and awareness to help combat hunger in the county!
